Hrithik Roshan’s film to get 200 more screens!

When the two films released, the Roshans had alleged that the distributors had given 60 percent screens to Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees and only 40 percent to Hrithik’s Kaabil despite an earlier understanding of equal distribution of screens.And now, there is extremely good news for the Hritik fans as the exhibitors have chose to increase the screen count of the film in the second weekend.Raees collection kick-started with an impressive opening day collection, as the earnings had settled down to a figure of Rs. 20.42 Crores and the earnings soared higher on its second day of release.Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik’s father and producer of the movie, took to Twitter on Wednesday to officially announce the news.Hrithik Roshan starrer “Kaabil” became the first Bollywood movie to be filmed in Pakistan post the ban imposed on Indian films in Pakistani cinema theatres.After the tremendous response to the film and the positive reviews coming in, the exhibitors have now made a decision to increase more screens for Kaabil. He felt shocked and hurt.”All I want to say is that if Pakistan has opened their arms, we should also move forward”, he told a news agency.In India, the film so far has earned Rs 85.30 crore in eight days of its release, as it made Rs 5.70 crore on its eighth day. The movie’s worldwide earning surpassed Rs 215.17 crore.Raees will release one week later in the country, on February 10.
